Position Description We are seeking an enthusiastic Pathology Aide to join our vibrant Patient Services Team. You will be an essential team member, with responsibilities including: Collecting non-blood samples from patients, including conducting basic tests such as ECG and Holter Monitoring Following strict guidelines and procedures to ensure all samples are accurately labelled Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, including reception and phone work Guiding patients or caregivers on sampling procedures Preparing specimens for transportation to the laboratory Ideal Candidate We offer a supportive learning environment with high levels of professional training provided.
