Youll collaborate closely with the Education and Training Unit to create dynamic, engaging learning experiences that support and empower students to succeed in the ECEC industry.Your Day-to-Day Will IncludeDesigning and delivering impactful training sessions that inspire and informSupporting students to reach their full potential through mentoring and tailored guidanceConducting assessments that align with AQF and 2025 Standards for RTOsLiaising with trainees and employers to coordinate placements and monitor progressDeveloping engaging course content and assessment toolsMonitoring and recording student achievements with accuracy and careStaying at the forefront of ECEC trends, VET sector compliance, and best practicesWhat Were Looking ForWere seeking a proactive, organised, and enthusiastic professional who brings:A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110 or TAE40116)Qualifications in Early Childhood Education and relevant industry experienceStrong knowledge of VET sector standards and complianceOutstanding communication, presentation, and organisational skillsA genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and lifelong learningThe confidence to work independently while contributing meaningfully to a collaborative teamWhy Join Us?
