You will work collaboratively with the Design Manager and Account Manager to ensure successful product development and delivery.WHAT YOULL BE DOINGYoull be designing trend-driven collections, selecting quality fabrics, staying ahead of fashion trends, managing the entire design process, collaborating with offshore suppliers, and ensuring costings and samples meet expectations.Ensuring designs align with financial goals by managing budgets, hitting profitability targets, and using post-season analysis to refine future strategies.Managing fabric and trim sourcing, resolving production challenges with factories, and ensuring fit and styling approvals with QA technicians.Developing Range Books and Boards, coordinating sample deliveries, and supporting customer and internal meetings to drive sales and marketing success.Collaborating across teams to achieve shared goals.ABOUT YOUTertiary qualification in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.Minimum of 4 years'' experience in Licensed Sports Apparel Design.
