It is the largest provider of Simultaneous Interpretation Systems and Conference Microphones in the Asia-Pacific region, with offices in Australia, Singapore, Philippines, Bali and New Zealand. We specialise in providing high quality Bosch conference systems for single and multi-language events. Our commitment to using cutting-edge technologies ensures a seamless and interactive experience for our clients and their audiences.Congress provides services for G20, APEC, CHOGM, and ASEAN Leaders events throughout Asia. In addition, we work with a number of smaller clients on a day-to-day basis.ResponsibilitiesInstallation, operation & dismantling of Simultaneous Interpretation, Conference Microphone systems including Interpreters booths.Conference Microphone integration with PTZ cameras.Logistics and Planning of your jobs.Configuring equipment for a wide variety of studio and virtual events, based on client requirements.Understanding of streaming solutions and platforms.Managing languages for online events.Design of system solutions based on client requirements.Providing technical support to customers.For the right person, you will be quickly exposed to project management and client management.Qualifications1 2+ years experience in the Audio Visual industry or some background in Electronics or IT.Ideally a degree in Audio / Electronics / IT.You are a self-starter, able to work individually or as part of a team and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.We are a B2B organisation and you will be meeting and supporting high level management and government staff customers.
