From large-scale illuminated pylons to intricate architectural features, we bring design to life and were on the lookout for a Sign Fabricator to join our growing production team in Epping.If youve got a strong work ethic, a mechanical mindset, and a passion for building things with your hands, this could be the career move youve been looking for.About the RoleAs a Sign Fabricator at Metro Signs, youll work closely with our production team to assemble, manufacture, and prepare a wide range of signage solutions. No two jobs are the same one day you could be fabricating an illuminated LED sign, the next you might be shaping acrylic for a custom wall feature.Your key responsibilities will include:Basic to intermediate assembly and fabrication of signage componentsReading and interpreting technical drawings and job specsOperating tools and machinery such as drills, grinders, and rivet gunsMeasuring, cutting, and preparing aluminium, acrylic, and other materialsAssisting with wiring and preparation of illuminated signageCollaborating with other departments (spray booth, print, install) to deliver completed projectsMaintaining a clean, safe, and organised work areaWhat Youll NeedWere after someone who brings both practical know-how and a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
