You will have the opportunity to work across the whole business on all aspects of HR, including learning and development, attraction and selection, performance management, reward and recognition, policies and procedures, and employer legislative compliance to ensure employee engagement and employer of choice status.Your Focus:Coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, including pre-employment checks and issuing contracts of employmentProviding advice to employees within policies and proceduresMaintaining personnel records and HR information systemsCoordinating learning and development initiativesAssisting with strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction02nd May, 2025About Us:Were Nexia Melbourne, a member of one of the world''s leading global advisory, tax, and audit networks.
