About the role CE Group is experiencing significant growth, and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join our Estimating team. Reporting to the Estimating Manager, this newly created position will support our growth by coordinating and executing high-quality tender submissions, working closely with various business units across Australia, Papua New Guinea, NZ, Vanuatu, and Fiji. About you This role is varied and requires someone who can manage priorities with competing deadlines. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the Pre-Contracts team in preparing tenders and fee proposals, along with other duties such as: Supporting the Pre-Contracts team in writing, editing, and reviewing tender reports and fee proposals, including updating existing content. Managing multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines and ensuring high-quality bid document submissions. Sourcing and compiling company content, reviewing, and formatting tender documents to ensure accuracy and brand consistency. Developing and maintaining a library of company resources like bid CVs, collateral, and project profiles. Communicating with suppliers and subcontractors regarding pricing requests and tender deliverables. Liaising with Senior Management and key staff to gather content for submissions, project datasheets, resumes, etc., within set timeframes. Maintaining internal databases, CRM systems, registers, and libraries. Monitoring the estimating inbox for tender addendums and client correspondence, distributing them accordingly. Assisting with the preparation of handover documentation from Estimating to Operations. Participating in tender meetings, including preliminary and final reviews. Setting up and maintaining the Tender Task List for all deliverables. Requirements To succeed in this role, you should have: Research, sourcing, and content analysis skills for tenders. Exceptional attention to detail, with strong drafting, proofing, and editing skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure and strict deadlines. Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Experience with InDesign and Adobe Suite is advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred; training will be provided.
