Expect all this and more when you join us at BevChain.What does the job look like?An exciting opportunity exists for a Despatch Coordinator to join our BevChain team in Rosehill, NSW. This is a permanent full-time position for the right person who will be dedicated to coordinating our onsite team. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring business goals are met by coordinating the workload for our transport drivers during the morning shift. The role requires attention to detail and strong adherence to safety and compliance standards. Hours are Monday to Friday, 5 AM to 1 PM, with overtime as needed, subject to business needs.Key Responsibilities:Strong participation and commitment to safety standards and COR requirements.Manage and coordinate daily driver requirements, load allocations, and shift activities.Maintain clear communication with customers, company drivers, and subcontractors.Prepare shift starts daily for local and regional runs, liaising with warehouse staff.Ensure compliance with shift inspections and operational device checks daily.Provide support and feedback to drivers for improvement and process consistency.Implement corrective actions as required in line with BevChain guidelines.Are you the one?Must have own reliable transport onsite parking available.Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.Ability to adapt to business software and technology on-the-job training provided.Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office.Exceptional relationship-building skills with customers at all levels.Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred.Whats in it for you?12 weeks paid parental leave and a return-to-work bonus for eligible employees.Career development opportunities and mentoring programs.Access to a range of benefits including dining, adventure, travel, health, and well-being.The chance to work in a high-performing team where your contributions make a real impact.At Linfox, we focus on providing an inclusive and diverse workplace where our people can perform at their best.
