Plus SuperannuationAbout the RoleChisholm is seeking an experienced Library and Learning Services Officer to join our Library department. This is a part-time, 0.4 FTE fixed-term position.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and support students by actively identifying their immediate needs.Respond to customer inquiries about services, student support, enrolment, classroom locations, course, and library information.Handle inquiries across multiple channels including face-to-face, email, phone, and online.Conduct basic library orientations for students.Provide basic technical support for routine computer requests.Perform routine collection management tasks.Maintain stationery supplies.About YouYou are a motivated individual with experience and knowledge of library procedures, customer service in educational settings, troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and familiarity with tools like Moodle, Alfresco, and timetabling systems.QualificationsA relevant qualification at diploma level or equivalent experience.About UsChisholm is a leading vocational training provider supporting thousands of students across Melbourne.
