We are seeking a highly organised and motivated person to provide exceptional executive administration support to the Mayor, Councillors, and the Executive Manager of Corporate Governance and Risk.As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing correspondence, diary and task management, conference attendance and travel arrangements, overseeing the Councillor Portal, and all administrative tasks related to Council meetings and briefings, including minute taking.Our ideal candidate will have proven executive support experience, strong organisational skills, the ability to communicate effectively with elected representatives and relevant stakeholders, discretion with confidential information, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.Knowledge of local government functions and relevant policies and procedures will be highly regarded.About us:Shellharbour City, located in the Illawarra region, is just 80 minutes south of Sydney and is home to over 82,000 people in a city that spans 154 square kilometres.
