Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.About the roleAs the Maintainence Coordinator, Building Services you''ll manage the delivery of facility maintenance, minor works, projects and building operational functions across Barwon Health Campuses. Lead, manage and develop the staff in the maintenance team to successfully deliver best practice principles through maintenance planning and executing maintenance activities. Develop and maintain continuous improvement in process and practices including training, assigning, scheduling and coaching team members to achieve results. You''ll provide expert analysis and input into overarching maintenance planning, strategic decision-making & funding applications in relation to highest & best use of Barwon Health facilities, including the preparation of reports, estimates, plans & specifications. Manage and analyse requests for maintenance tasks and upgrades, undertaking initial Stakeholder consultation & feasibility studies in relation to all works proposals and the impacts on current hospital operations and future master plans.
