We take pride in our past accomplishments and are excited about future possibilities.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced and organized Assistant Showroom Manager to lead, mentor, and motivate our team at the Moore Park Showroom.As a brand ambassador, you are personable, positive, dynamic, proactive, and capable of engaging with the team, stakeholders, and customers to deliver an excellent customer experience.In this role, you will lead the team to achieve sales targets, ensure the smooth operation of the showroom (which operates 7 days a week), and manage staff and stock.You should have passion, drive, and ambition to grow within the business. You will be hands-on, passionate about our products, and responsible for ongoing product training and daily people management.Full-time role (must be available to work one weekend day)The Role:Maintain and support daily showroom operations according to King Living standards, policies, and procedures, including Work, Health & SafetyIn the absence of the Showroom Manager, conduct daily team meetings to share updates on pricing, packages, product changes, sales targets, and promotionsPresent the showroom and products to the highest standard and provide outstanding customer serviceManage the team to meet business goals, facilitate ongoing product and sales training, and foster a collaborative cultureCoordinate with the supply chain team to ensure stock replenishmentBuild customer relationships, handle and resolve complaints in partnership with the Showroom ManagerEnsure marketing materials are properly set up, including window decals and point of sale displaysStay informed about competitors products and promotionsAbout You:Previous experience in a premium brand environmentYou are customer-obsessedStrong leadership skills in mentoring and coaching to motivate and build a cohesive teamAbility to understand store budgets and effectively manage showroom operationsHigh attention to detail, problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skillsExperience with textiles, furniture design, or interior design (advantageous)Flexible team player willing to assist when neededResults-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and trend awarenessExcellent written and verbal communication skills, professional presentationIntermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and SAPOur ValuesPassion, Integrity, Collaboration, Innovationthese values unite us, inspire us, and set us apart.
