The role involves supporting operations by managing physical assets across community and healthcare facilities in the Indian Ocean Territories.Ideal candidates will have experience in maintenance practices for facilities and equipment, supervising maintenance contractors, and establishing effective client relationships in complex environments. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills are essential, including experience in project and procurement documentation, financial, and performance reports.Experience with a computerised maintenance management system (CMMS), such as MEX, and healthcare environment experience will be highly regarded.Applicants must be Australian citizens, hold a current Drivers License transferable to the Indian Ocean Territories, possess a valid Western Australia Working with Children Check, and pass pre-employment screening and health assessments.
