Job Description Whats the role?As a Customer Service Specialist with St George, you will proactively engage with customers in person and over the phone to uncover their financial needs, utilising your product knowledge to help them achieve their financial goals. You will refer customers to specialist banking teams such as Home Loans and Business Banking, and coach them on digital banking. This role combines sales and customer service, with accountability for sales and referral targets, all while empowering customers to make the most of their money. This is a full-time, branch-based role at Chester Hill branch, with hours across and including Monday to Friday. What do I need? Banking experience is ideal but not essential; your high-performance energy and ability to build strong customer relationships are key. Strong experience in a customer-facing or phone-based sales role. Resilience, tenacity, and flexibility, as no two days or customers are the same. Proven achievement of performance KPIs with a commitment to excellent customer service. Comfort with numbers and navigating multiple systems. Fluency in Arabic for engaging with Arabic-speaking clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Why join us?
