This is a great opportunity for existing team members to develop their leadership skills.About the role:The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise on a relief basis for the daily operations of the Customer Service team. This position will organise and allocate the tasks and activities of the team on shift, and act as a key point of escalation for customer enquiries.About you:Someone who is a natural leader, delivers exceptional customer service, immaculate written and verbal communication and can deal with all levels of customer complaints. What you will need to be considered...First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)Working with Children Check ClearanceDemonstrated high level attention to detailCash handling experience in a fast-paced environmentExperience using CRM systems, particularly InfoGenesis and LINKSIntermediate experience using Microsoft applications (preferably Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Demonstrable high-level customer service skillsWillingness to undertake Leadership and Performance Management trainingAvailability/flexibility to work shifts per operational requirementClear performance management history for 12 months #J-18808-Ljbffr
