In this dynamic role, you will provide seamless desk coverage for Executive Assistants (EAs) who primarily support Partners within our large professional services organisation, during the times when EAs are out of the office for holiday, illness, events, etc.As a Float Executive Assistant, you will bring a professional, proactive, and responsive approach to your work. The role requires someone with exceptional autonomy, a "can-do" attitude, and meticulous attention to detail. You will have the opportunity to build strong, ongoing relationships with Partners, their clients, client assistants, internal colleagues, and EAs across our global network.In this role, you will act as a trusted representative for the Partners, ensuring smooth interactions with clients, internal and external stakeholders, and other key contacts.
