Location Illawarra Shoalhaven District Employment Type Ongoing Salary $82,193 - $90,001 p.a. + superannuation and annual leave loading Your Role The Senior Customer Service Officer (SCSO) will provide high-level support to the Community Service Centre, handling key administrative functions such as reception, mailbox and invoice management, minute taking, stakeholder liaison, and working across various databases and systems. What Youll Do Oversee or provide administrative and clerical support to CSC workers efficiently and effectively. Provide coaching, guidance, and training to the administrative team to develop necessary skills. Foster and maintain teamwork within the CSC administrative team. Establish and maintain administration systems to support management compliance with WH&S and security policies. What Were Looking For Experience working in a high-pressure team environment delivering services to vulnerable clients, with strong communication and relationship skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Competency with relevant technology and software applications.
