Senior Library Branch Leader | CabooltureJoin City of Moreton Bay as an experienced Library Branch Leader, and help shape and enhance our communities for today and tomorrow.Leading a team of 17, you will guide the library team to provide and deliver a wide range of contemporary and dynamic services aimed at achieving quality community engagement and positive customer experiences.To achieve this, you will be responsible for the management and development of:a large branch library teama library collection that addresses the collection needs of the local community and supports network collection outcomesrelationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders and regional partnersbusiness plans and reports on service outcomesfacility and venue maintenanceservice and process reviews to deliver strategies and projectsCaboolture Library is home to our mobile library, and you will oversee its operations.
