In an open ecosystem, we bring together rolling stock, rail infrastructure, customer service, and software to enable sustainable, comfortable, and cost-effective rail traffic today.Lead the future of rail systems with Siemens Mobility.In this role you will:Ensure and foster a Zero Harm work culture on site.Ensure adherence to Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) rules and regulations for all company internal resources and installation contractor resources.Prepare and support the production of various documentation including installation manuals, method statements, Inspection and Test Plans, checklists, Installation Work Packs, etc.Act as the technical interface by providing instructions and technical guidance to installation contractors for signalling and communication equipment.Organize and participate in site surveys as required.Ensure adherence to the highest installation quality standards and code of practice.Ensure use of the most up-to-date engineering drawings (e.g., IFC).Ensure timely completion of installation activities and schedule adherence.Monitor and report on installation progress.Identify and resolve installation-related issues in a timely manner.Liaise with installation and project management teams both internally at Siemens and with the installation contractor.Monitor and confirm Redlines and As-built information provided by the installation contractor and facilitate handover back to the engineering department.Support risk and claim management processes.Supervise the material ordering process from the warehouse and delivery to site utilizing the LMS (Logistic Management System) application.Shape the future of mobility with your qualifications and skills.Minimum 10 years of experience in the installation of computer-based Railway Technology.Excellent understanding of the installation of Signalling and Communication Wayside and Indoor-based Equipment.Proficient in using applications like GLAASS, ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud), LMS, etc.Proficient English skills, both written and oral.Why youll love working for Siemens Mobility:We live and foster an ownership culture in which every employee takes personal responsibility for our Company''s success.
