We offer meaningful, impactful work collaborating and innovating with the best and brightest in a transparent, supportive and fast-paced work environment.About the Role:Join our motivated customer solutions team in a fast-paced call centre environment where our customer success representatives are the critical point of contact for both new and existing tradie customers, ranging from sole traders to small and medium business owners.This is a high-volume phone-based role, where you will manage onboarding new tradies onto the platform that have just joined through our new business channel, and also conduct different types of nurture activities to engage and re-engage tradies.Your goal is to help tradies maximise their return on investment (ROI) through our platform, ensuring they get the most value from their subscriptions. This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a structured role, with a strong focus on meeting daily targets. There is also lots of opportunity to have fun, finesse your sales skills and to exceed your targets, heres what your day-to-day looks like:Hitting Daily Activity Targets:Make at least 60 dials and 2.75 hours of talk time through inbound and outbound calls.Create leads for account managers and conduct nurture calls to ensure subscription renewals happen.Onboarding New Accounts:Fully onboard all low to mid tier tradies that have just joined our platform through phone calls, following a checklist to ensure they are set up for success.Manage inbound calls to answer any questions they may have regarding their campaigns.Any service related calls to tradies where required.Nurturing Existing Accounts:Manage, track and measure performance of tradies campaigns.Educate tradies on best practices for ROI.Retain tradies by addressing inquiries, solving problems, and providing tailored solutions.Building Relationships:Engagement and nurturing of low and mid tier tradies over the phone, learning about their businesses, understanding their pain points, and providing educated recommendations to suit their needs.Keep Salesforce updated with customer insights.Compliance and Quality Assurance:Follow scripts and regulations, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.About You:Ideally youve worked in a high-volume call centre before, and you are comfortable with making 60-80 dials a day and hitting 2.75 hours of talk time.Youre resilient, driven, and love turning a NO into a YES with your sales and negotiation skills.You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy winning when hitting targets.You have strong verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation capabilities.Youre comfortable with learning new systems and adapting to new processes.$65K base + $28K OTE uncapped commission, benefits and perks, plus equity via our Employee Share Program.HI-Achiever Club recognises and rewards high performance with awesome incentives and prizes.Work for a market leader in the industry as part of a high performing team.Birthday, anniversary and volunteer leave.Take a look inside our home:Offering an inspirational home away from home, our commitment to being a Great Place to Work means you will feel comfortable being your authentic self and get to do your best work every day.
