Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be accountable for the effective and efficient warehousing and distribution function.You Will Take On a Hands-on Role Responsible ForLoading/unloading containers and trucks;Put away of product;Picking;Stock checks;Assist in maintaining an effective distribution system;Inventory management;Sorting and preparing all related documentation;Assist in induction and training of warehouse personnel;Work with the team and warehouse manager to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices;Ensure on-time delivery service is maintained;Work as a key member in a well-functioning team.About YouSkills & experience you have include:Demonstrated experience in warehousing and distribution, preferably in a medium to large warehouse;Current forklift/stock picker license (or willingness to obtain);Strong written and verbal communication skills;Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities;Exceptional communication and customer service skills;Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office;Sound time management and organisational capabilities;Ability to work and contribute within a team;Current right to work in Australia.Qualifications in warehousing and logistics or related discipline will be highly regarded.About BridgestoneA renowned global leader in tyres and rubber, Bridgestone is striving towards a vision to provide both social value and customer value as a sustainable solutions company.With sustainability at the core of our business and guided by the values of our Bridgestone E8 Commitment, Bridgestone offers a diverse product portfolio of premium tyres and advanced solutions backed by innovative technologies, improving the way people around the world move, live, work and play.In Australia, Bridgestone offers a range of services and solutions to all segments of the Australian market.
