Thats the #powerofexperience.About the roleWe are currently recruiting for a People Services (HR) Coordinator to join our People Services team in Brisbane that provides Australia wide support to the business relating to Human Resources systems, policies and procedures across the areas of employee lifecycle. This is a permanent position offering great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.Key responsibilities:Managing onboarding and employee transfers by facilitating pre-employment checks, inductions, relocations, contracts, and mobilisation requirements for projects and offices.Drafting, reviewing, and managing various HR agreements, including employment contracts, leave contracts, promotions, employment verification letters, confidentiality agreements, and workplace policies to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.Providing first-level HR policy guidance to employees, ensuring accurate interpretation and implementation of HR processes.Supporting offboarding and termination procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies.Acting as a key point of contact for HR-related system enquiries, assisting the HR systems team in maintaining data integrity.Handling ad hoc HR coordination tasks as required to support business operations.Upholding privacy and confidentiality while managing sensitive employee information.About youAt least 3 years'' experience in a HR Coordination position ideally working within the engineering, rail, or construction industries.Qualification related to HR or working towards one is desirable but not mandatory.Experience using a HR Management database such as SuccessFactors and PageUp is strongly preferred.Excellent organisational skills and be motivated to plan and meet agreed priorities and deadlines.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in documents/systems.A customer focused attitude with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Self-organised and motivated to complete work to deadlines.BenefitsWe work hard to create an environment that brings out the best in our people.
