Let us know your requirements, and well carefully consider how wemight accommodate them.About the roleThe Senior Information Security Analyst role is available as a full-time or 4 days part-time (0.8) permanent position in either Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide or Perth. The role reports to the Manager, Security Governance, and is a mix of cyber security and regulatory compliance. The Senior Information Security Analyst will actively assess security controls and identify any organisational risks to be further mitigated, in addition to working on projects to build up the teams capability.Why youll love working hereWere a welcoming bunch who put our energy into being the best company we can be. There are plenty of great perks, from flexible working to a long list of exclusive Alinta benefits.What youll doProvide subject matter expertise and strategic guidance on information security risks and controlsLead the implementation and continuous improvement of the information security programCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure security requirements are integrated into projects and initiativesConduct security assessments, audits, and reviews to identify information security risksActively manage and facilitate gathering of evidence for regulatory and cyber security auditsYour experienceKnowledge and experience with relevant Cyber Security Control frameworks - ISO 27001, AESCSF, NIST, Essential 8, CIS Critical ControlsBachelors degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security or related fieldGood understanding and experience in a security compliance, audit, infrastructure architecture, design and deploymentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative and inclusive approach and the ability to influence and drive change across the organisationAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively and a willingness to adapt to changing business needs and technologiesGood understanding and experience in effective ITIL processes such as Request, Change, Incident and Problem managementCISA or CISSP or equivalent certification is desirable but not requiredPlease note this role requires full working rights within Australia.We''re on the lookout for a dynamic and proactive individual who excels in complex settings.
