An Australian company with global impact,innovation and a focus on our customers is key to our success.About the Role!This role is responsible for the accurate planning, forecasting and delivery of ingredients to meet customer expectations. This includes the ordering/forecasting of bulk and micro ingredients and arranging the freight for grains, bulk and Micro ingredients for the site. The role also encompasses all the SAP ordering, reconciliations and stock management for raw ingredients.Your responsibilities will include:Managing stock, stock recording and variances.Drive continuous improvement in Productivity, cost efficiency, customer service and agreed Key Result Areas.Lead, support, stock expiry management.Drive functional improvements of Safety, Quality and Logistic whilst ensuring alignment with Group.Ensure Quality and Safety accreditations are maintained for bulk and micro ingredients.Ensure all activities undertaken by employees & contractors (Freight) comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, ethical and professional standard.Prioritising and meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines.About YouHigh School Certificate or Technical Trade background.Industry knowledge of Agriculture, Commerce, Business, or similar disciplineExcellent time management, planning and organisational skills with an attention to detail.Strong collaborator and ability to build strong relationship with stakeholders.Ability to influence outcomes across the businessProficient computer skills with intermediate excel skills at a minimum.Ability to analyse financial information and produce reports.Self-motivated.Corporate discounts across gym memberships, Bupa Health insurance, travel, car rental & home removalistsAccess to staff allowances of SunRice products weekly!Banking benefits with our partnership with CommBankIf you are ready for the next step in your career and this sounds like the opportunity for you, please apply below!All correspondence will be dealt with in strict confidence.SunRice is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
