Youll play a central role in overseeing and coordinating office operations, providing high-level support to executive staff, and contributing to the smooth and efficient functioning of the workplace through thoughtful decision-making and proactive management.Your day-to-day includes:Offer administrative assistance to the executive team, including coordinating both domestic and international travel arrangements and reports.Oversee the daily operations of the office to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional environment.Continuously assess office operations and recommend improvements to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.Provide administrative and logistical support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, and preparing documents or presentations.Assist in the preparation and organisation of internal and external meetings, including setting up conference rooms, arranging materials, and ensuring all necessary technology is functioning.Maintain and track executive-level correspondence and communications, ensuring timely follow-up and action.Assist with planning and coordinating office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
