Youll play a key role in building and improving products that support individuals, providers and the broader healthcare community.About the roleAs our new Product Manager, youll take the lead on product development for a key area of our business from strategy through to delivery. Youll work closely with engineering, data, growth and marketing teams to shape tech solutions, build roadmaps and deliver value to users and the business.Youll be supported by a collaborative team and empowered to make an impact by identifying opportunities, solving problems and driving product outcomes that matter.What youll be doing Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned to business goals Translate business and user needs into clear requirements, user stories and specifications Lead Agile ceremonies to keep delivery on track and teams aligned Partner with engineering to manage backlogs, sprint priorities and development progress Conduct market and competitor research to inform product decisions Gather and apply user feedback to iterate on features and enhancements Support go-to-market activities and monitor product performance through data and analytics Communicate product updates to internal stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaborationWhat were looking for At least 3 years experience in a Product Manager or similar role A track record of delivering successful product improvements Experience developing product strategies and financial or commercial models Comfortable working in an Agile environment and with cross-functional teams An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Empathy for users and a drive to create delightful experiences Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experienceWhy Honeysuckle Health?
