We are dedicated to creating a brighter, safer future where children are free from sexual harm.About The TeamThe Beyond Brave team is dedicated and passionate, with a clear focus on delivering support to survivors of historical child sexual abuse who are wanting to make an application to the National Redress Scheme. Despite the seriousness of their work, they bring joy and humour to the workplace, while consistently supporting and uplifting one another. In 2024, the team supported 791 clients and delivered 11,326 sessions to Redress clients, available face-to-face (depending on location), online, or by telephone. Outreach services extend to Townsville, Cairns, Palm Island, and other FNQ areas, including clients in correctional facilities.About The PositionWe seek an experienced and empathetic counsellor to support survivors who have submitted an application to the National Redress Scheme and received a Section 24 letter requesting additional information. As a Case Manager, you will manage a caseload of 40-45 community and incarcerated clients, assisting them in completing and lodging additional information to progress their applications.
