A key part of the Senior Associates role is to establish a client network that can translate into a pipeline of prospective sales. You will be supported to grow a team and be a leader working with a close-knit team.ResponsibilitiesLead client relationships to deliver and influence environmental management on major transport and renewable energy projects;Provide expert environmental advice across the project lifecycle from front end through to delivery;Plan and manage assignments - plan, time, cost and outcomes;Guides the team and client through problem analysis, as well driving to expand the scope of assignment through service offering;Conduct assessments, approvals and auditing and monitor resources and stakeholders to ensure accordance with plans;Act as the environmental interface on projects, ensure environmental programs, initiatives and innovations are effectively communicated and promoted, and resolve issues where necessary;Develop technically robust, practical, and commercial solutions to environmental issues;Mentor and coach a team of consultants;Compile performance data, risk, and business/financial analysis to create reports and communicate project progress and outcomes to clients;Builds and nurtures trust-based relationships with clients and turns opportunities into signed work;About youWere looking for agile and customer-centric professionals with a knack for advisory and a passion for making an impact and building client relationships and extending your network. Make your mark - your way!Relevant Degree qualifications in Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering, or related discipline (energy, civil, building, mechanical, electrical, environmental, industrial)8-15 years experience in the environmental field across large projectsExperience in client-side advisory, providing project/business solutions to clients;Experience in environmental assessment, planning and approvals preferred;Excellent people acumen and the ability to build strong team morale and client relationships;Experience in environmental management of 100m+ infrastructure projects, preferably transport, electricity transmission or distribution, water infrastructure or other linear projectsConfidence in presenting both internally and externally, and ability to communicate effectively to all relevant stakeholders (written and verbal);Commitment to delivering project outcomes, striving for best practice, and working collaboratively.Strong skills in project delivery and business development/networkingMarket leading compensation package and bonus every 6 months!Work with a close and experienced team of professionals providing advisory services for clients with utility, resources and infrastructure assets.
