You will be part of a small but high-performing team based in Melbourne, with frequent interactions with your colleagues in Sydney. Your primary responsibility will be to manage lease renewals across a large portfolio of sites across the eastern seaboard. This will involve making a high volume of outbound calls to landlords. While a significant portion of your time will be devoted to reviewing and negotiating commercial terms, establishing a good rapport with key stakeholders such as clients, landlords, and solicitors is crucial for achieving success. In addition to lease management, youll also lean in to assist our Melbourne advisory team who oversee end-to-end real estate consultancy projects to businesses.Role available full or part time based on the preferences of the candidate. Working holiday visa holders welcome to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesAs the new Portfolio Leasing Coordinator, youll spend the bulk of your time servicing one of Tenant CSs high profile new national clients. This includes:Client relationship management and client outreach (warm calls)Management of leasing transactions, including renewals and licensesProject tracking and reporting - youll consistently maintain a detailed database providing a clear overview of project activity and progressNegotiation of terms within approved parameters to achieve optimal results and tenureLiaise with client''s solicitors to facilitate the preparation and finalisation of appropriate lease and license documentationResponsibility to validate and manage critical dataEscalate difficult landlord matters and disputes to the appropriate managementRespond to day-to-day correspondenceSend appropriate forms and documents to landlords for execution in changes of ownershipOur ideal candidate will be:Driven & self-starting: You take initiative and push for results.Hardworking & tenacious: You go the extra mile to achieve success.Proactive problem-solver: You anticipate challenges and act fast.Confident communicator: You enjoy talking to people and building rapport.Persuasive & engaging: Comfortable negotiating and influencing over the phone.Detail-oriented & organised: You stay on top of deals, data, and deadlines.Growth-minded & adaptable: Eager to learn and step up into a consulting role.Background in sales, real estate, or client management beneficial but not required.About Tenant CSTenant CS is a commercial tenant representation firm that finds, negotiates and secures office, retail, and warehouse leases for businesses around Australia.
