You will coordinate complex engineering support work involving the resolution of multiple technical and planning issues with responsibility for reviewing standards, providing direction and ensuring technical/cost-effective performance.In addition, you will work on projects, demonstrating creativity and originality toward the solution of complex problems. This includes being involved in continual system and process improvement activities, operating with a high level of initiative and autonomy as well as end to end aircraft check ownership, chairing and collating required information for meetings pre input, during execution and post check delivery.Youll have Ability to work to process deadlines and plan in a methodical mannerCreative thinking with the ability to solve complex problemsDiligent and reliable with a keen eye for detailGood verbal and written communication skillsStrong computer literacy skills including Mx, Word, Excel, Project and PowerPointProduction planning experience (highly regarded)Understanding of SQL / Python (advantageous but not essential)Base Maintenance work experience (advantageous but not essential)Maintenix (PP&C) experience (advantageous but not essential)Why Qantas?Youll join a team where creativity and passion are encouraged.
