Your strong commercial acumen is complemented by financial modelling capabilities, as well as being proficient to advanced level in Microsoft Excel.You excel in data analysis and presentation, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to inform data-driven decision-making. Experience with Power BI is advantageous, and knowledge of the SQL BI stack is desirable.Its not just about the numbers! Your proactive approach and ability to work independently make you a valuable asset to our organisation, driving exceptional outcomes in a results-oriented environment.About The RoleAs the Revenue Manager, you will play a crucial role in partnering with the General Manager, Monarto Safari Resort and Journey Beyond Group across all aspects of revenue including analysis, forecasting, yield management, and pricing.Key responsibilities will include:Pricing strategy reviewEstablish pickup and channel targets to drive performance and accountabilityManage Yield including on-going review of Dynamic Pricing modelsFinancial ReportingManaging pricing and OTAsMonitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to make informed pricing decisions.Development of Promotional Campaigns, including post-campaign analysis and reviewAnalyse key performance metrics, including occupancy rates, revenue per available room (RevPAR), and average daily rate (ADR) (for hospitality)Wholesale group allocationsIdentify opportunities for revenue growth and process improvementsYour working week will be primarily based at Journey Beyonds Head Office on North Terrace, with time spent at Monarto Resort, Monarto.Position is for 20 hours per week.
