Support a system of quality improvement through which outcomes of client care may be measured and contribute to collecting accurate health care information and maintaining accurate health care documentation as required.Communicate effectively with clients and other health care team members. Presents a positive image of Community Health Service to the public through a respectful, courteous and professional manner.
