Hill International is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Project Management Support in Pomona, CaliforniaThis role involves:Identifying problems and solutions.Providing input on project objectives, timelines, risks, milestones, deliverables, and budgets.Identifying and resolving issues/conflicts among team members, escalating to the Project Manager when needed.Conducting analysis and preparing presentations.Using independent judgment to advise and recommend actions.Proactively addressing team needs and maintaining good communication, both written and verbal.Coordinating with outside agencies, internal stakeholders, and project teams.Recognizing verbal cues in meetings for action items and requests.Working well independently and in a team.Adapting and reprioritizing daily based on challenges.Qualifications include:Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.5+ years of project support experience.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite.Preferred: Electric utility and distribution experience.Proactive with strong interpersonal skills.Willing to work a hybrid schedule.The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $105,000, based on qualifications and experience.Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, professional development programs, and more.Hill International is a global provider of program and project management services, ranked among the largest in the world by ENR.
