As we continue to grow, we are looking to appoint a Client Liaison and Administration Officer.The Client Liaison and Administration Officer acts as the initial contact point for our participants, support coordinators, and external stakeholders. The role involves administrative duties that support service delivery and team management. This is a full-time, office-based role located in Nundah.ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact, providing general reception duties and following up/responding to face-to-face, telephone, and email requests for information.Manage referrals and appointment bookings.Create new participant files, enter information into our client management system (PracSuite), and draft and issue service agreements.Manage and order general office supplies.Represent our organisation professionally when engaging with stakeholders.Support the Area Manager and team with administrative tasks to aid service management.Assist with all administrative aspects of the site.About YouWe seek a team member who will support our clinicians and engage with participants, clients, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have:Administrative experience, preferably within a multidisciplinary team (experience with NDIS is advantageous).Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, keen attention to detail, and strong organisational abilities.The ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to unexpected changes.High proficiency in Microsoft Office, client management, financial, and HR systems.The ability to quickly learn new systems and troubleshoot IT issues in collaboration with our IT provider.You mustPossess a NDIS Worker Screening clearance (or be willing to obtain at own cost).Hold a Working with Children check (or be willing to obtain at own cost).Have the right to work in Australia.Possess a valid Australian driver''s license.Hold a Senior First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain at own cost).Be willing to undertake a medical assessment for employment (at own cost).Desirable: Understanding of the NDIS scheme.How to ApplyTo apply, complete the form below and attach your CV and cover letter outlining your experience.
