As our Partner Account Manager for the APAC region you''ll be responsible for building a long-term, deep, and mutually-beneficial relationship with Klaviyos marketing agency and systems integrator partners. You''ll leverage strong consultative skills to understand your partners business model and growth strategy so that you can identify ways Klaviyo can help them (and their clients) grow.You''re responsible for articulating the value of Klaviyos software, differentiating Klaviyo from other solutions, managing business development referrals (and co-selling opportunities) to/ from your partners, and coaching your partners on how to grow their business, including their profitability with Klaviyo.How Youll Make a DifferenceBecome a trusted business advisor to the 40-50 partner relationships you manageBuild and manage a lead referral pipeline with your partner portfolioDevelop a long-term strategy with your partner to help them meet their growth objectives using KlaviyoDevelop the ability to understand a partners business goals and help them achieve themBecome a product expert on Klaviyo and adept at presenting how Owned Marketing services and software can help a partner improve their businessBe comfortable operating with revenue-focused goalsBring your creative thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance Klaviyos values, build our culture, and execute on our vision for the futureTravel: up to 25% to meet and develop relationships with our agency partners/ eventsWho You Are2+ years of proven SaaS Partnership/ Sales/ Account Management experienceMarTech SaaS experience advantageousWork collaboratively with marketing and product to introduce and educate agency partners on new enhancements to Klaviyos platformAdept at influencing and relationship buildingBring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our companys values, unique culture, and vision for the futureAre thoughtful, engaging, and energetic. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicants job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the companys annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
