Familiarity with ASCE 38-02 guidelines for subsurface utility data is required.Strong communication, supervisory, mentoring skills, reliability, attention to detail, and a valid driver''s license are necessary.Responsible for mentoring junior staff in SUE processes, working in the field, and assisting in client meetings to grow the business.Potential hybrid/remote schedule with weekly office visits.QualificationsBachelor''s Degree or equivalent; Master''s preferred.7-12 years of professional experience.Relevant professional certification preferred.Pre-employment drug screening; background and motor vehicle checks may be required.Performance ExpectationsComplete annual training, mentor staff, develop backup personnel.Maintain client relationships, ensure project and safety compliance, manage project routines, and meet budget and schedule targets.Prepare reports, proposals, and project updates; oversee project performance and safety plans.Serve as project manager on select projects, conduct site visits, and interpret technical documents. #J-18808-Ljbffr
