Your activities may include:Strategic Visionary: Support the Strategy team in conceptualizing, executing, and monitoring strategic initiatives to drive success.Subject Matter Expertise: Develop deep expertise in areas like Crypto CEX trading, Loyalty Program Design, and Crypto Payments.Pricing Strategy Optimization: Develop and analyze pricing strategies using Excel modeling and data-driven insights.Market Research & Analysis: Create research memos to advise on market and sub-sector strategies.Project Coordination & Management: Manage cross-functional projects from planning to reporting.Product Development: Draft requirements for new products or features.Performance Evaluation & Optimization: Analyze product KPIs and recommend improvements to boost revenue and engagement.Strategic Partnerships & Investments: Evaluate and pursue strategic and investment opportunities.Business Projection & Analysis: Forecast business outcomes and engage in strategic discussions with management.Overall responsibilities include:(a) Designing and driving successful new features at a product level,(b) Defining and aligning business priorities at the company level, and(c) Generating insights and market perspectives at an industry level.What We Look ForTraits we value include a strong drive to learn and adapt, problem-solving skills, and proactive initiative.
