Formed in 1984, HIAIS is a joint venture between two leaders in their respective industries, Aon and the Housing Industry Association (HIA).Senior Client Executive | HIAISWe are seeking a Senior Client Executive to join our highly experienced team, which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for construction clients. Join a team focused on providing expert insurance solutions, offering unique opportunities for professional growth.The Senior Client Executive will form part of a dynamic team that is responsible for providing best in class service for a key portfolio of HIAIS clientele. They will work closely with Senior Leaders to provide support and assist in driving positive results in the region.What the day will look likeProvide best in class service to a medium enterprise client portfolio, while supporting senior staff with more complex client accountsBuild strong relationships with clients, as well as internal and external stakeholders to enhance the client experienceIdentify development opportunities for designated portfolio and work with senior leaders to provide appropriate servicing solutions including, but not limited to, additional insurance products and risk management strategies to support and protect clients businessesManage and oversee Builders Indemnity Insurance reviews, liaising with appropriate stakeholders as required to obtain best possible outcomes for clients and their business requirementsAssist senior staff to develop new and profitable business within HIAIS South Australian and Northern Territory regionsSkills and experience that will lead to successThis opportunity would suit someone with a foundation and knowledge in general insurance, with a passion for risk management and client support.To be successful you will have:Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationshipsOutstanding communication and presentation skillsA proactive and driven individual with a strong commitment to driving growth and achieving business objectivesAn understanding of Commercial Insurance products with a willingness to continue to develop technical skillsAn eagerness to grow and expand your professional networksEffective organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage and prioritise different aspects of the role with focused attentionA strong passion for continuous learning and a curious mindset, with the ability to think creatively to deliver exceptional results for both clients and the HIAIS businessHow we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
