Our true value for clients is putting customers first and creating places people want to be.We are seeking a motivated full-time Operations Manager to join the team at Rundle Place Shopping Centre, a premium retail destination in the heart of Adelaide CBD, anchored by South Australias only Apple store, a full-line Coles supermarket, and the Adelaide City Library.As the Operations Manager, your focus will be on the operational performance of the asset and managing ongoing client activities. You will maintain tenant relationships, manage contractors, conduct inspections, obtain quotes, and arrange repairs of building services, ensuring assets are well-maintained with a focus on presentation and maintenance.Your priorities will always include the health, safety, and security of visitors and occupants. Promoting and demonstrating superior customer service and adhering to continuous workplace health and safety improvements will be key.Ideal candidate qualifications include:Experience in a retail or customer-centric environment, with trade or engineering qualifications (mechanical or electrical). Strong communication and customer service skills, a proactive approach, assertiveness when required, calmness under pressure, high attention to detail, and commercial acumen are essential.
