Additional information can be found at: www.chubb.com.Your Role:The P&C Specialist is responsible for supporting the P&C business as part of the P&C UW Ops team management team by undertaking various projects and administration functions as specified.Your Responsibilities:Wordings Management: Collaborate with Product and Legal teams to manage and refine policy wordingCore System Management: Work with systems such as Portal and MIDC to enhance overall system performanceUnderwriting Process Improvement: Partner closely with the P&C Underwriting Operations Manager, Product Managers, Head of Transformation, Claims, Finance, Underwriters, and Operations to identify and implement process improvements across each P&C line of businessCompliance Oversight: Take ownership of compliance tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilitiesP&C Onboarding Program: Lead the development and execution of the new P&C onboarding programP&C Peer Review Process: Manage and implement the P&C Peer Review process, including the preparation of quarterly reports for key stakeholdersP&C Goal Tracker: Own, implement, and maintain the P&C goal tracker, providing monthly updates to P&C ManagersSubject Matter Expert (SME): Serve as the SME for P&C, coordinating business-as-usual tasks with Finance, Audit, Claims, and Risk teamsQuality Assurance: Provide quality assurance support and assist with the overflow of P&C Outwards Facultative Reinsurance bookingsExperience:Able to perform independent analysis of complex problemsExercise continual decision making and sound judgementPerform tasks with minimal supervisionDemonstrate a high level of accuracy in daily activitiesDisplay excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with employees and clients at all levelsProficient in MS OfficeWe offer you the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic and agile environment where continuous development is encouraged throughout your career, both locally and globally.
