Responsibilities Contractual dispute resolution Involvement in procurement processes Preparation of subcontractor documents Monthly project reporting Financial monitoring and planning Preparation and presentation of progress claims Stakeholder engagement and management Adherence to safety principles and practices Qualifications and Experience Relevant Contracts Administration experience Strong communication skills with management and subcontractors Ability to work independently and in teams Understanding of construction practices and processes Experience writing detailed scopes of work Knowledge of Queensland construction legislation Environmental management awareness Experience with head contract and subcontract negotiations Candidate Profile Applicants should have previous experience as a Contracts Administrator on commercial new build projects, ideally with exposure to projects over $50M and a history of long-term employment with past employers.
