Tully Hill is accepting applications for experienced individuals to join our team of SUD Counselors. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing supervision and care in accordance with Tully Hill policies to patients seeking inpatient treatment for substance use disorders.Job duties include:Performing essential counseling functionsConducting patient education regarding substance use disordersGroup counselingOrientation activitiesBasic crisis responseConducting luggage and room searchesConducting safety and security rounds of the facility and grounds in accordance with established scheduleReporting and record keepingThe counselor will work collaboratively with all departments to achieve the best outcomes for patients and families. Full-time, part-time, or per diem opportunities are available, with weekday evening and/or weekend shifts (day/evening).Our goal is to hire experienced counseling staff who can work as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Qualified individuals must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills and EMR skills are required.
