We are seeking a pro-active, passionate Digital Marketing Coordinator to build on our existing digital marketing strategies.Reporting directly to the Group Marketing & Merchandising Manager, this role provides digital marketing support in all areas for the entire Cater Care Group, expanding upon our already impressive footprint.Job DescriptionThe role will be responsible for :Coordinating Cater Cares digital marketing campaigns to maximise lead generation, client retention and engagementAnalysing and reporting on the effectiveness of all digital marketing campaignsDeveloping campaign content and assets for use across all Digital channelsManaging a consistent brand experience across all platformsCollaborate with key stakeholders and external partners, optimising campaign performance and effectiveness.Desired Skills And ExperienceYou will have the following:Highly organised digital marketing professional with experience in campaign coordination ideally across B2B and B2C environmentsExperience using CRM and marketing automation platforms to test and deploy campaigns to drive conversion, acquisition, and retentionExperience using WordPress or comparable CMS, Google Analytics and social media platforms (Pardot would be well regarded)You can work autonomously, however youre a team player who enjoys providing support to your team and the wider businessMarketing qualification is desirable (or equivalent work experience)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsImportantly, youll have a strong team and customer orientation with a positive attitude and the willingness to take on new challenges.You Can ExpectSupport around further training, licensing and accreditationsA suite of discounts across major companiesA supportive environment as you strive to be the best version of yourselfCompetitive salary with salary sacrifice options availableStructured leadership development programWho We AreCater Care is a leading, 100% Australian owned contract catering service provider, operating across multiple sectors (Aged care, Education, Retirement, Retail and Remote services).Through our values of Care, Pride and Community, we pride ourselves on diversity, work/life balance, providing excellent career opportunities to our employees.
