We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our HR team. The role involves managing leave administration, HR compliance, immigration, vendor management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Leave Management: Coordinate with leave vendors, ensure compliance, serve as the primary contact for leave inquiries, and partner with vendors on leave cases.HR Compliance: Assist in administering HR policies, manage workers'' compensation claims, coordinate with legal counsel, and partner with internal teams on compliance issues.Immigration: Support immigration processes, liaise with vendors and legal counsel, and handle employee inquiries related to immigration.Vendor Management: Manage relationships with HR-related vendors, ensuring quality and contractual compliance.HR Operations: Maintain employee data, facilitate onboarding and offboarding, respond to policy inquiries, conduct training, and communicate HR projects.Other duties: Track HR invoices, create POs, and manage related administrative tasks.Qualifications:Bachelor''s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years in HR operations, especially leave administration.Knowledge of HR compliance, leave management, and immigration laws.Experience with vendor management and HRIS systems (preferably ADP WFN).Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.If you are passionate about HR, compliance, and operations, we encourage you to apply.
