Your role is part strategy, part execution, and all about creating a reputation for Geely Auto Australia that sets us apart from the crowd.Key Responsibilities:Aftersales Strategy & Execution: Lead the national aftersales strategy with a focus on sustainable growth, premium experience, and commercial efficiency. Align with HQ standards while adapting to local realities. Set and monitor dealer KPIs across service quality, repair timeliness, parts availability, and warranty compliance. Provide guidance, tools, and accountability to drive uplift.Customer Service & Satisfaction: Champion initiatives to improve CSI, retention, and complaint resolution. Embed a customer-first mindset across the aftersales function.Warranty, Technical & Field Support: Oversee all technical services and warranty processes, ensuring accurate diagnosis, efficient claims, and quality assurance across the network.Parts Operations & Logistics: Manage national parts operations including forecasting, pricing, supply chain, and warehousing to maximise availability and minimise cost.Team Leadership & Capability Building: Build and lead a high-performing internal aftersales team. Recruit, train, and develop people who deliver on service, support, and customer satisfaction. Use data to identify bottlenecks, reduce costs, and improve turnaround times.
