Your purpose is to take ownership of the performance of our digital platforms, to imagine, design, and build experiences that maximize supporter contributions. You will demonstrate your technical knowledge, innovation, and determination to create fundraising revenue growth and optimize supporter experiences, whether through a single transaction or many years of support.Key Tasks and Responsibilities:The role focuses on three main areas:Online Engagement & Fundraising Growth (approx. 50%): Create a digital environment that fosters a sense of meaningful contribution, encourages ongoing financial commitment, builds loyalty, and drives revenue growth. Develop targeted engagement strategies and supporter journeys to ensure every online interaction strengthens supporter relationships.Platform, CMS & Payment Optimization (approx. 30%): Build and maintain scalable, secure online giving functions across platforms, including CMS and payment systems. Focus on seamless supporter experiences across devices, removing friction, and resolving technical issues swiftly. Tasks include managing and improving the CMS (Stack9), optimizing donation forms, and overseeing payment systems in collaboration with the Technology and Finance teams.Data, Insights & Compliance (approx. 20%): Use data to support improvements and innovation, drive smarter fundraising decisions, and uncover opportunities. Ensure online activities comply with privacy, fundraising, and lottery regulations, protecting supporter trust and platform integrity.
