Not just recommend.Senior AssociateNow that youve finished your MBA and maybe even had a few years in a commercial role youll be looking for the opportunity to turn your insights into business results. As a Partners in Performance Senior Associate, those results could impact some of the worlds largest companies, in multiple sectors.This role combines analysis with outcomes in a way that will challenge and develop you all the time with the full support and mentoring of your fellow Partners in Performance colleagues.Once the recommendations built on your analysis are agreed to, you can expect to work alongside clients from the shop floor to the C-suite to help make them happen. Whether its process improvement, supply chain optimisation or back office transformation, youll help turn your recommendations into results for your clients.The nuts and boltsWere looking for Senior Associates in our ANZ business. If youre not a local Citizen then youll need work rights. Youll also need a distinction average in a Masters degree or MBA and up to 6 years commercial experience is desirable. Working with Analytics is crucial, so Excel and general maths ability are important.
