UNSW Law & Justice is committed to social justice and human rights, and to making a difference in this world.Why the Role MattersThe Australian Research Council Discovery Project on Remedies for Victims of Modern Slavery in Indo-Pacific Fisheries is a four-year research program led by Professor Justine Nolan (UNSW), Professor Natalie Klein (UNSW), and Professor Shelley Marshall (RMIT). The position will be connected to the Australian Human Rights Institute at UNSW Sydney and associated with the Business and Human Rights Centre at RMIT via Professor Marshall.This project aims to identify practical and legal obstacles to remedies and propose solutions under Australian, regional, and international laws.
