Role Overview Under the supervision of the Lead Site Supervisor, BoPm, the Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the erection of the BoPm scope, including systems such as Station Cranes, Water Systems, piping, HVAC, Draft Tube Gates, and others. The role ensures safety, quality, schedule, budget adherence, and compliance with project specifications. Your Tasks Plan and optimize work scope, including preparing installation work packages and requesting materials and tooling. Analyze and mitigate safety and quality risks. Communicate work plans effectively with subcontractors. Monitor progress and report accordingly. Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions. Manage scope deviations, risks, and opportunities. Gather lessons learned and report improvement opportunities. Review subcontractors labor, materials, and equipment. Establish a safe working environment. Support quality management system activities, including inspections and lessons learned. Your Profile Experience in project success focus, especially HSE, quality, schedule, and budget. Previous experience as a Site Supervisor in large hydro projects or similar industries, with construction or E&M background. Technical knowledge of mechanical systems such as Station Cranes, Water Systems, piping, HVAC, and fire protection. Team-oriented, accountable, and proactive problem-solver. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Job Requirements Pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol tests, and police check. Ability to stand, walk, climb, and work in confined spaces and at heights. Willingness to work in an underground environment for extended periods. Site Conditions 14 days on, 7 days off roster.
