Reporting to the AR Manager, this role will be responsible for the ongoing transactional accounting with the following responsibilities;Duties & Responsibilities:Posting and allocating daily receipts.Escalating overdue accounts to sales agents.Managing inbox queries from customers, sales & operational teams.Reconciling & clearing online customer payments.Opening new customer accounts on finance systems.Reconciling month end intercompany stock transfers.Support the finance team with month-end procedures.Other ad-hoc tasks as required.Skills and Experience Required:Ability to build rapport and manage key accountsHappy to consider anyone with 12 months + experienceAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentCareer focusedNatural process improvement skillsThe Benefits:Beautiful, modern officesHighly effective management team and training schemeClear career plans and growthNumerous social activities and charity events throughout the yearDiscounts on merchandiseIf you are confident, you have the skills and personality outlined above, I am keen to hear from you.
